For clients or therapists - these stickers can help remind people to cover their dominant eye to bring down emotional intensity. Useful for when overwhelmed and thinking clearly is difficult, and for learning a new trauma coping strategy.
For therapists, you can give these stickers to clients after teaching them the technique, or display them in your office or waiting room.
If you are using them for your own trauma healing, display in places where you will see them regularly or where you need to manage overwhelming emotions most often.
Each oval sticker is 3 inches x 2 inches. Bulk orders are in sheets (e.g. 50 stickers will arrive as 5 sheets with 10 stickers on each).
To reduce waste, we don't overstock. Your order may need to be printed and may not ship immediately. We aim to complete you order as soon as possible.
Observed and Experiential Integration Therapy (OEI) was initially developed by Audrey Cook and Dr. Rick Bradshaw in Vancouver BC in the 1990s. It uses innovative and effective techniques for healing complex trauma. Dr. Jem Tosh is a Certified OEI Trauma Therapist.
