Complaints Procedure

We aim to create a space where open and respectful dialogue occurs throughout any group or service, where issues can be addressed as they arise. If this hasn't been the case and you are unhappy with a service that we provide, and you have not been able to resolve it with the individual directly, please complete our complaint form to trigger our official complaints procedure. All complaints will be investigated by a team that includes both internal and external perspectives. A formal response will be provided to you within 28 days.
